The Context Stack

Read the Market Behind the Setup.

The Context Stack is a three-module group inside the TMT System designed to help traders read sector participation, risk rotation, market tone, and internal pressure before taking action.

Before a trader focuses on entry, the Context Stack helps answer a bigger question: are market conditions supportive, mixed, or cautionary?

Context Stack Snapshot

What This Stack Helps You Read

  • Sector Participation Where strength, weakness, and participation are showing up.
  • Risk Rotation Whether conditions are leaning risk-on, risk-off, or mixed.
  • Market Internals Whether broader pressure and participation support the move.

Goal: know whether conditions are supportive, mixed, or cautionary before the trade.

Context Stack Overview

Use the Context Stack Before and During the Trade, Not After.

The Context Stack includes three dashboard-style modules designed to help traders read tone, participation, and internal pressure before committing to a setup. Use one module by itself, combine two, or keep all three in your workflow depending on your market, timeframe, and trading style.

Module 04

Sectors Pulse Dashboard

Use this module to quickly read sector participation, futures confirmation, and whether strength or weakness is broad-based or isolated.

Module 05

Risk Rotation Dashboard

Use this module to judge whether the broader environment is risk-on, risk-off, or mixed before pressing a setup.

Sectors Pulse Dashboard

Sectors Pulse Dashboard is the sector and capital-rotation layer of the TMT System. It helps traders see where market participation is actually coming from by separating offensive leadership from defensive leadership, then comparing that sector rotation against index direction, futures, Bitcoin, and volatility context.

Instead of reading the index alone, this module helps traders see whether institutional capital is broadly supporting the move, hiding in defensive areas, rotating unevenly, or creating a fragile move that looks stronger than it really is.

What it helps you see:

  • Whether capital is rotating risk-on, defensive, mixed, or fragile
  • Whether offensive sectors are leading with clean separation
  • Whether defensive sectors are quietly taking control
  • Whether the index move is broad, tangled, or narrow
  • Whether cap-weighted index direction is confirming or masking the real sector read
  • Whether futures, Bitcoin, and volatility are confirming or diverging from the sector tone
  • Whether a move has broad participation or depends on a small group of leaders
  • Whether sector rotation supports aggression, caution, or patience

Use it as the participation and rotation filter before trusting a move that only looks clean on the chart.

Risk Rotation Dashboard

Risk Rotation Dashboard is the intermarket risk-tone layer of the TMT System. It helps traders evaluate whether the broader market environment is supportive, hostile, or transitioning by organizing liquidity, fear and volatility, bond-market pressure, and cross-asset rotation into one compact dashboard.

Instead of judging a setup from price alone, this module helps traders see whether the broader backdrop is confirming the trade idea, quietly conflicting with it, or signaling that patience may be the better decision.

What it helps you see:

  • Whether the broader market is leaning risk-on, risk-off, or mixed
  • Whether liquidity, fear, bonds, and cross-asset signals are aligned or diverging
  • Whether volatility pressure is calm, elevated, extreme, or quietly building
  • Whether yields, the yield curve, and bond volatility support or challenge risk appetite
  • Whether Bitcoin, the dollar, hard assets, oil, and growth-versus-defense rotation are confirming the tape
  • Whether live internals and daily ATR context support participation or caution
  • Whether Watch flags are warning of hidden risk, fear stacking, or risk-off chords
  • Whether conditions favor aggression, reduced conviction, or patience

Use it as the risk-tone filter before deciding how much conviction a setup deserves.

Module 06

Market Internals Scorecard

Market Internals Scorecard is the broad market confirmation layer of the TMT System. It organizes sector rotation, breadth, volatility, rates, sentiment, credit, and overall market tone into one compact dashboard.

Instead of relying on price alone, this module helps traders compare the visible chart move against the internal condition of the market. It shows whether participation, sector rotation, volatility pressure, rate pressure, sentiment, and credit tone are supporting the setup or warning that more confirmation is needed.

What it helps you see:

  • Whether broad market conditions are supportive, mixed, or cautionary
  • Whether sector rotation is confirming or weakening the move
  • Whether offensive and defensive sectors are aligned with the tape
  • Whether volatility, rates, and sentiment are adding pressure
  • Whether MMFI, ADD, TICK, and TRIN support broad participation
  • Whether credit conditions support or challenge risk appetite
  • Whether bad or missing data feeds are being guarded against
  • Whether a setup has enough internal confirmation or needs patience

Use it as the broad market confirmation layer before relying on one chart, one candle, or one signal.

Build Your View

Choose What You See, Where You See It, and When You Use It.

The Context Stack is designed to be flexible. Traders can decide which dashboards to display, where they sit on the chart, how much space they take up, and which charts or layouts should carry each module.

Some traders may keep all three dashboards visible on one primary chart. Others may place Sectors Pulse on a broader market view, Risk Rotation on a decision-support layout, and Market Internals on a separate confirmation chart. The goal is not to force one crowded screen. The goal is to give traders the context they need in the place where it helps most.

Choose the Modules

Use one dashboard, two dashboards, or the full Context Stack depending on your workflow.

Control the Placement

Place the dashboards where they support your process without blocking the chart.

Adjust the Footprint

Size the modules based on how much screen space you want to dedicate to context.

Match the Chart

Use different modules on different charts, timeframes, or layouts depending on what you need to read.
